Trick-or-treater, 12, shot to death, police say...

This article it about a 12 year boy who was shot by a guy who thought he was being robbed. The guy who shot the boy was said to be an Ex-convict. Sounds weird but it happened. I wonder what the guy was thinking? I mean didn't he expect people to come to his door because it was halloween night. Well i also think that the trick or treaters should have been warned about the guys back ground....but WOW... honestly when i read this article i was pretty shocked. Now that think about i wonder how other crimes happened that Halloween night. I bet it was a lot though.
